Step 1: Replace the sample shop

Rename the page for your shop. Replace the sample listings with your own products.

Step 2: Add five active listings

Start with your five most important active products. Add price, views, favorites, sales, priority, and the next thing each listing needs.

Step 3: Choose one refresh focus

Pick one listing for the week. Keep it simple: improve the title, thumbnail, tags, description, or photos.

Step 4: Add keywords

Add search phrases you find in Etsy autocomplete, competitor titles, customer language, or your own analytics.

Step 5: Run the weekly review

Once a week, answer the review prompts on the dashboard. Use the answers to pick next week's listing refresh.
